Due to the nature of curated gift boxes and personal care items, returns are accepted only if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of deliver.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
